“The room was comfortable/tastefully decorated. Their website stated that breakfast was provided. In checking in, I was told that they are no longer providing breakfast. The ice machine is not working but if you ask, a bag of ice will be provided. The cleanliness could be improved. I wiped a spill off from the bathroom floor and the tissue was black. “The hotel was great, very clean. Michael (Mike) who was there on check in and check out was very pleasant and friendly. He was fantastic. The grab and go breakfast had many choices. We were there during a snow fall, so the TV dish went out for awhile (2-3 hours), but Dish was called and they took care of it. The bed could use some updating, it wasn't very comfortable. Overall it was a great stay. ”
