“Stay was pleasant. Wish the pool was open. If Hotel.com knew it wasn’t in working order,then we probably would have booked elsewhere. We also booked a pet friendly room and were told that they could accommodate us due to the pool not being open. Even though we had booked a pet friendly hotel.
