“While the place is comfortable, quiet and cute-the management company is absymal. Failed to send entry codes-didn’t tell cleaning staff we were arriving so they had to clean the whole Casita while we waited. Company said they would work out compensation for the delay in check in availability but never got back to us. Not sure it is worth it.”

“Was very quite and comfortable place. Had all the amenities you need and a great view from the window. We had a little mix up in which unit we rented. We rented the lower less expensive unit but we were given access to the better unit on top that costs slightly more and the owner, realizing her mistake half way through our stay, let us know and gave us the option to stay there at no extra charge. “Everything about this rental was perfect from start to finish. Jon and Rachelle's pre-stay communications were friendly and clear, so check-in was easy and straightforward. The location was exactly what we hoped for -- within very easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The place is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a large kitchen/dining room/living room space. It's wonderfully appointed, and it was absolutely spotless when we arrived.
