Gather the family for a few bouts of beach volleyball on the sand volleyball court or play a casual pick-up game on the basketball hoop out front. After everybody has had their fill of sun, relax in the ground-floor rec room equipped with a pool table, full-size fridge and wet bar, and LCD TV. A convenient outdoor shower offers a spot to rinse-off sand and saltwater before heading inside.
The upper floor features an enormous Great Room furnished for large family gatherings plus an expansive, wraparound deck with outdoor seating. Enjoy sunset vistas and happy hour entertainment on the deck and unwind in the great room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. The kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers, and a large pantry for extra storage. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar, and full meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table set for ten.
Three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, one of which features an en suite bathroom. The second floor features three en suite bedrooms and a sunny sitting area. A covered porch is accessible from the two front bedrooms and sitting area. The top-floor primary includes an en suite bathroom and private deck access.
