“We were refused our booking by the hotel as we were not Indian nationals. Nothing mentioned by the hotel when we booked but was turned away in reception. No refund from the hotel and no response from their head office or CEO. DO NOT STAY at any FAB Hotels”

“The staff at the hotel were excellent. They work so hard and went well out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom could do with some care and attention for cleanliness, particularly around the utilities (e.g. shower). The area was very congested and noisy, and if you’re from abroad expect to be heckled by the locals wanting to sell you things for extortionate prices, particularly tuk tuk transport. The hotel staff however helped keep us safe……

“1）酒店比较新，设施满意，唯一的不足是窗户是封闭的打不卡的，但也是优点，因为隔音效果好，几乎听不见马路上的车水马龙声音。 2）酒店位置离KAROL BAGH地铁站大概1千米距离，走路有点远，幸好途中有两个中国餐厅SPICY和JADE GARDEN，也有麦当劳和肯德基。 3）还有一个连锁酒店也在附近，比这个便宜一点，离KAROL BAGH地铁站很近，下次可以尝试一下。”

“I liked the restaurant upstairs. Breakfast served dail and dinner to order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Small fridge services available which meant you didn’t have to go and buy snacks. Water provided as well. Close to metro. ”

“Bey nice mid-level hotel. New Delhi is noisy and dirty, so this is normal. ”

“The staff were friendly for the most part, however, there is a major miscommunication with the room service team. I can speak their language but they seem to not understand basic instructions. Ordering room service was a hassle as they always seemed to have nothing from the menu and just one or two items constantly. The location is convenient for those looking to stay and shop near the major market, otherwise, this location is not to relax at all. There were no windows in the two rooms I was……
