“Lovely spacious rooms . Excellent shopping environment in karol bargh in Delhi. Buffet breadfast is good also. All staffs are very helpful and friendly. If you like to do lot of shopping and eating this is a best budget hotel in Delhi. Thank you for taking of me for past 16 years. God bless you all. Ezna Stephna Suva Fiji”

“Stayed for a day -very clean Hotel , Room was big and comfortable --Sheets and bathroom were very clean There was running Hot water all through the day Breakfast --complementary was OK staff , room service and reception were very good and helpful”

“Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist.”

“Super cheap and super basic. Situated In a relatively grim alley, hotel is made up of rooms without external windows set around an internal hall over several floors, feels a bit like a Victorian prison! Still, guy in charge was helpful and spoke good English. It seemed clean, and bed was comfortable enough. For the few hours I spent here in the afternoon waiting for a night bus this did the job great. Don’t book a two week vacation here though.”

“There is no buffet breakfast, neither was informed to us earlier during check in. Room size was okay. However, pillows had not been changed, they were dirty. Kettle for making tea was dirty. Overall very disappointing stay, my advice book somewhere else. ”

“They were charging very high price on arrival. they asked 1800 for the booking, we booked the hotel in approximately near 800. They left us no choice we were helpless that time . So the hotel was very bad. And we had very bad experience. ”
