“I went to Cortez to visit an old friend and needed a place nearby. This property is about two blocks to the Main Street but nestled in a quiet town neighborhood. Everything was newer/updated in the remodeled adobe casa. The front porch was great for the morning coffee and breakfast. All the boxes were checked and I had I great stay. ”

You can tell Tammy the host takes great pride in the home with it's cleanliness and attention to detail with everything and more that a couple or family would need for an extended stay. The setting in private beside a creek and horse pasture if you enjoy waking up to nature. There are 3 different decks to sit and enjoy beautiful Colorado! Location is perfect for visiting Mesa Verde, Canyon of the Ancients, Hovenweep and countless other scenic drives. Tammy even had left……

“Great property and warm home. The location was only 15 minutes to Mesa Verde National Park and about 45 minutes to Durango. There is a great coffee drive through just up the street and we had a great dinner at a local restaurant. I would recommend and definitely stay here again. ”

“We loved our stay here! It was so quiet, peaceful, and scenic. We enjoyed spending evenings enjoying the back deck. The house was spotlessly clean and well maintained. It had plenty of supplies such as trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher pods (which isn't the case at all rentals), and extras such as granola bars, sunscreen, bug spray and tourism brochures. We appreciated the creature comforts of air conditioning in the bedrooms and a dishwasher, and not having a long list of chores to……

“We loved our night here. they provided everything we needed and communication with our hosts was great. after a long day of traveling, we needed a night to take a break and relax and this place provided the best backdrop to do so. there was plenty of place that our kids to explore and unwind. A night of perfect stargazing provided the most amazing experience. our morning hike on a trail that was recommended by the host was also a memorable experience. Highly recommended. ”
