“Great location & group friendly property ”

“The house was great. Plenty of places to sleep, bathrooms were clean and nicely stocked. The kitchen was great, well stocked. It was too bad the weather was cold (yay, snow in April!) because we would have loved to use the indoor/outdoor area and the volleyball court. 15 minutes drive into Cortez, great location. We'll stay again if in the area.”

“Wow! Such a beautiful location. - very easy to find - we easily fit 2 adults and three kids. Place was cozy and well equipped. We loved the fire pit outside and really enjoyed at night - looking at the stars. There is heating and we were plenty warm. The toilet is a bio toilet so took a bit of getting used to but totally fine! We really wished we had more time to stay there! ”

“This home & property is very unique. I have stayed in many places and have to say this was so beautiful with very well appointed details.EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! And the furniture was not only beautiful but also very comfortable. Many different sitting areas outside and gorgeous antique touches mixed with contemporary furniture as well.I would absolutely recommend this place and would also love to visit again. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. 5 stars for sure!”

“I wanted to visit Mesa Verde again after 29 years. The Oliver House was perfect for our family. It was 35 minutes from the park gate, had a fenced in back yard for our two dogs, and a patio made for grilling and enjoying an uninterrupted view of the mountains. We arrived later than expected due to stopped traffic on the highway. We found chocolate on the kitchen table to help lift the mood and cold water in the fridge. I forgot lotion…no problem! A small bottle of body lotion was provided in……
