“The location is right by Ithaca college, yet still just 10 minutes from Cornell University. There are 2 buildings, each with 2 side-by-side units set on a large property with a separate area for each building. Each unit has it's own outdoor seating with privacy fencing on the back of each building to separate the yards. Although you share a wall with the other unit, and we could hear their TV when we were outside, we heard nothing from the other unit inside when inside our unit. The outdoor……

As a bonus, it’s super close to the lake where you can rent a boat from Lansing Harbor or go hang at the park there - only 3 minutes down the road. And it’s 12 minutes from Ithaca airport. “Location was excellent for access to many of the area’s natural wonders including Ithaca falls and Watkins Glenn. The riverfront property was very close to downtown Ithaca, making runs in for dinner a breeze. A bit of a hike, but we walked to the wegmans supermarket across the river. So shopping was convenient too!House was clean and everything was functional. Diane was very prompt in answering any questions. Riverfront property was nice: waking up to see crew boats from the local college……
