“We had a great time- the house was perfect for our needs and the hot tub a total bonus. There are so many great places around to shop, hike, etc. Thank you for providing us with everything we needed. The air conditioning was great too! We even saw meteor showers off your dock!”

“Location was excellent for access to many of the area’s natural wonders including Ithaca falls and Watkins Glenn. The riverfront property was very close to downtown Ithaca, making runs in for dinner a breeze. A bit of a hike, but we walked to the wegmans supermarket across the river. So shopping was convenient too!House was clean and everything was functional. Diane was very prompt in answering any questions. Riverfront property was nice: waking up to see crew boats from the local college……

“We enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated farmhouse in a beautiful off the beaten path country setting. Close to many finger lake attractions, a short drive to Pann Yen restaurants and just over an hour to Ithaca. The home was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with items for cooking/baking. There was a nice coffee maker, w/plenty of Keurig pods and sugar/creamer packs provided. The filtered water cooler and outdoor hot tub was a big plus! The place was so new, it still had some smells……

“One of a kind experience, an old home renovated well on the inside. Everything was in good shape and condition. Gives the country living experience especially when the cows were grazing in the morning and evening just across the street from the property. Outside garden, lush trees, vibrant flowers were very nice, especially the deck with the grill was good. I do recommend it for families with children. Max and Tiffany were very welcoming, respectful and responsive. Overall a memorable and……

“Very lovely hosts, provided so many thoughtful treats for us upon our arrival including turning on the lights so we wouldn't be entering the dark. They have a great walking path through their property that is well maintained an my dog enjoyed it immensely. On a clear night, there are stars for days. It was the perfect retreat for us.”
