“I have stayed here quite a few times over the past 5 years while visiting family and doing local business. Consistently this property has been a good place to stay. The rooms have always been very clean, tv options are extensive, breakfast is ok, and staff responsive to any requests I have had.”

“Sandman is a 10/10 for me my opinion the staff is very friendly I consider myself a regular ( I'm contracted so I work weekends ) so I book weekends beds and showers are okay heat and A/C work great specially a good spot to get a night's rest ”

“This property is under new owners. It is in rural Iowa and an older facility. Well maintained and clean. the new owners were very accommodating and they have plans for upgrading this property.”

“Super fun place to stay for us and convenient to the church and hall for a wedding in Duncan. The only problem was that the water pressure was bad, making it hard to wash shampoo out of hair. No, we didn't call maintenance as we needed it 'now' and had to make do. Super great for family and friends to come meet up for an hour or two. Would do it again! (if the host fixes the water pressure, it will be a 5 star stay) ”
