“We had a great stay. The owners were very nice. Unfortunately, they said they received no notification we were coming from VRBO and had to clean up after we arrived. Had the run of the place though and we're able to pick and eat many fresh peaches, apples, and pears. We loved our stay in this quaint, cute little Casita!”

“Great location, clean, beautiful gardens. We were there during a bit of a heat wave and the house only has one swamp cooler in the main room so it was a bit hot… Some fans would be nice. It would also be nice to have a more opaque privacy screen for the second full bed since we were there with friends. But overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again.”

“The house was perfect for our family's visit to Colorado. We traveled from Rome, Georgia to Hotchkiss for my daughter's wedding at a local venue. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located to the venue. Also, it was only a short walk to a couple of restaurants, groceries and a great little coffee shop. Sabrina was very gracious and responsive to any questions I had. It is an older home, as indicated in the VRBO description, but is very well maintained and comfortable. All……
