“We have fond memories of staying in this unique little house near the river. The inside decor was unique and clever. We loved hearing the town's church bells chime 7:00am...and a few minutes later we could see boats floating right past our window. We enjoyed watching river activities from the large 2nd floor deck. Elsa and Fillippe were incredible hosts. We were welcomed with a vase of flowers cut from their yard, pastries and wine. We asked Elsa to recommend a local restaurant one night - and……

“Gaia is across the river from Porto; a short ride to downtown but away from the throngs of tourists. The beach and beach restaurants are a five minute walk from the house. Joaquim was a wonderful host and the accommodations felt like a five star hotel. we would definitely stay here again.”

“What a wonderful stay we had! We had a most amazing week in this newly built house, where all our stresses melted away. The house is as described, comfortable furniture (the double bed was so comfortable, we slept very well!) and we had everything we needed. The outside area was fabulous: the pool, the gardens, the views were wonderful. Natividade and her husband were great hosts, very amenable and kind. Her husband (sorry for forgetting your name!) was so lovely and brought us bananas,……
