“Die freundliche Frau an der Rezeption zeigte uns zu Beginn, wo dass wir Supermärkte und gute Restaurants in der Nähe von Palau finden, was wir super fanden. Für weitere Informationen war das Personal immer zu haben. Leider ist der Boiler während unserem Aufenthalt um 23:00 in der Nacht kaputt gegangen. Obwohl die Rezeption dann natürlich geschlossen war, hat uns das Personal in der Nacht super geholfen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und können sie gerne weiterempfehlen. ”

“Our stay at the Aethos Sardinia was sublime! From the start we were welcome with a lovely surprise cake for my sons bday and was even upgraded to a bigger room! “Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……
