“The highlights of the property: - Located footsteps from Porto Cervo Village and all of the shops/restaurants - Great yard and pool for a large group - Plenty of space and character What it’s not: ultra-luxurious, ultra-modern with panoramic views. What it is: a charming, older villa right in the heart of Porto Cervo - the backyard had stairs directly to town, making it extremely convenient to get the most of the location and avoid needing to find parking. We found it perfect for a group of 8……

“2 adults and 2 kids at 8 and 10. Lovely home with a great little pool and excellent location with a marvelous view of the bay. Well equipped and AC units in all bedrooms. Close to great restaurants and stores. I would not recommend for families with very young children, older people with balance or walking issues or very tall people due to lower ceilings in staircases etc. Overall a really great week for us.”
