“It’s difficult to find places for a family with 4 children but this place was perfect. It had everything including a washing machine so we were able to travel light. Keith was fantastic at communication and really helpful. Check in and out were easy. Lots of towels provided. Kitchen had everything we needed to self cater. Highly recommend. We will definitely be returning.”

“Absolutely brilliant time at this property, wanted for nothing! Everything you could possibly want was there (except WiFi) but we purchased that at reception and took our fire stick for evenings when we cooked for ourselves and had a night in. We hired a car and took in various parts of the island which was great. The host, Suzanne was brilliant too and quickly responded to any queries we had. The bed was comfy too! “Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area.
Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered.
Upside...sorted out very quickly with no fuss - they changed our room to the Ground Floor. Not sure what would've happened if they'd been fully……

“Great location, great offer and all inclusive was not many options although was lovely food so I never could not find something to eat, was catered for English so was great for adults and picky eaters like me. Room was big and clean and quiet at night, close to everything in walking distance and supermarket next door. Pool was lovely with some activities in a day, was cold but it was hot so was refreshing when you got in. Spotless pool, would stay again. Didn’t have to fight for a sunbed, nobody……

“Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet.
We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us.
Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few……
