“Amazing all round had great stay ”

“It is very clean, the staff are super helpful and you can walk to everything you need. They don't do room service but you can get food like pizza across the street late. I could have done with a couple more pillows but it's fine. The balconies all look over the sea and the air-conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. Blackout blinds great. Didn't eat there. ”

“The pool needs painting ”

“Great stay and even more fanatstic staff. Hotel has very good facilities, two outdoor pools and spacious rooms. We opted for half-board and I have to stay breakfast and dinner were really worth it. Food felt slightly repetitive after two weeks of stay though. Hotel is very close to a small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a hire car and location was great to explore every corner of the island. Staff deserve special credit for being very kind,……

“I enjoyed a 5 night break at Sands. A little apprehensive due to several negative reviews however my experience was very positive. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need including full fridge freezer and dishwasher. The entire complex is very clean and is thoughtfully laid out. I enjoyed the lane swimming and the surrounding area is perfect for running. I also used the gym several times. Shops and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. A shout out to all the staff, you……

“We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue……

“The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon. The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's. However, would I return, possibly.”
