“A new and excellent designed hotel. It is huge and based on a cruise ship. Room and balcony very modern and comfortable. Breakfast buffet efficient and very wide range of food offered. Environment in hotel was spotless . 5 stars all round”

“This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃”

“Pros: The hotel was very clean and the gardens were really well kept. The bed was incredibly comfortable with good linen and the shower products smelled good. There was a wide range of breakfast options. The warm pool was gorgeous! Cons: Even though we had taken time to check in online we had to repeat the whole process on arrival which was frustrating. “Just got back from this hotel and it was great me and my daughter really enjoyed the hotel and the pools.breakfast was great plenty of choices and the staff were amazing.the hotels in a great location and would definitely go back again. ”

“A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great. Poorest food we’ve ever had in H10 hotels or indeed in any other 4* hotels.”

“La struttura è in un contesto molto piacevole, tuttavia si incorre in alcune mancanze dettate dalla scarsa volontà e dalle abitudini di procrastinazione di alcune persone di servizio. Per esempio, in camera abbiamo soggiornato in 3 e avevamo 2 asciugamani, fatto presente al primo giorno, diverse volte hanno continuato a mettere solo 2 asciugamani. Ma questa non è la sola area di miglioramento. A pranzo qualche volta mancavano i cucchiai e richiesto hanno portato un solo cucchiaio, come se questa……

“Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert! Ein Manko ist allerdings das Umweltbewusstsein. Trotz Hinweis, dass nur auf dem Boden liegende Handtücher ersetzt werden, wurden alle ständig ausgewechselt. Ein Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde beantwortet damit, man würde es an die Hausdame weitergeben. Es änderte sich NICHTS 😏”

“Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk.”
