“We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. They had a tour desk that was helpful. Welcome Champagne At A La Carte dining room. nightly. ”

“La struttura è in un contesto molto piacevole, tuttavia si incorre in alcune mancanze dettate dalla scarsa volontà e dalle abitudini di procrastinazione di alcune persone di servizio. Per esempio, in camera abbiamo soggiornato in 3 e avevamo 2 asciugamani, fatto presente al primo giorno, diverse volte hanno continuato a mettere solo 2 asciugamani. Ma questa non è la sola area di miglioramento. A pranzo qualche volta mancavano i cucchiai e richiesto hanno portato un solo cucchiaio, come se questa……

“Hemos estado en familia durante una semana y la experiencia ha sido estupenda. El servicio majísimo, el restaurante con gran variedad (mi mujer es celiaca y el tema de los alérgenos lo controlan bien), las piscinas climatizadas una gozada y el personal de entretenimiento una maravilla (¡gracias Ariadna y Sergi, entre otros!). “Das Hotel hat meiner Frau und mir einen guten Gesamteindruck hinterlassen. Die Essqualität in den integrierten Restaurants könnte noch gesteigert werden. Dies im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Region und in der gleichen 4/5 Sternen Kategorie. Ansonsten alles prima; Sauberkeit, sehr gute Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter. Freundlich und motiviert. “Went there to celebrate my birthday and had best time! Bar staff absolutely lovely but young blonde woman on reception was very rude. But other than that I totally recommend staying there! Location is good if you want to get the steps in for the day. Lovely views from the restaurant”

“Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert! Ein Manko ist allerdings das Umweltbewusstsein. Trotz Hinweis, dass nur auf dem Boden liegende Handtücher ersetzt werden, wurden alle ständig ausgewechselt. Ein Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde beantwortet damit, man würde es an die Hausdame weitergeben. Es änderte sich NICHTS 😏”

“This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃”
