“Fine and clean hotel with great views, good food, and a pleasant staff. Ideal for a relaxing break. Our only negative - the sunbeds were wet one morning and remained so during the day. But all else was great.”

“We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. They had a tour desk that was helpful. Welcome Champagne At A La Carte dining room. nightly. ”

“Hemos estado en familia durante una semana y la experiencia ha sido estupenda. El servicio majísimo, el restaurante con gran variedad (mi mujer es celiaca y el tema de los alérgenos lo controlan bien), las piscinas climatizadas una gozada y el personal de entretenimiento una maravilla (¡gracias Ariadna y Sergi, entre otros!). La playa está a escasos cien metros.”

“Overall this is a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, clean and friendly. We have stayed here a number of times and are never disappointed. The only small issue is the pillows. Maybe a couple more available to use in the room as needed would be perfect.”

“Das Hotel hat meiner Frau und mir einen guten Gesamteindruck hinterlassen. Die Essqualität in den integrierten Restaurants könnte noch gesteigert werden. Dies im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Region und in der gleichen 4/5 Sternen Kategorie. Ansonsten alles prima; Sauberkeit, sehr gute Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter. Freundlich und motiviert. Nur weiter so. Kommen gerne wieder. ”

“Hôtel très bien placé (proche de la play à dorada et du centre de playa blanca) Les services de l'hôtel sont au top et variés (piscines,bars,restaurants,salle de sport,massage,mini-golf,etc) Petit bémol connu sur ce genre d'hôtel, insonorisation des chambres moyennes, ménage journalier dans les chambres succinct Je recommande tout de même cet hôtel ”

“Nice hotel overall but not 5 stars. Upon arrival no directions for parking, nobody reaches out to help with luggage until you go to front desk. Multiple loungers around a small pool create definitely not 5 star impression. Rooms though are cozy and nicely renovated. The island itself is majestic and getting out of hotel was the best thing to do! ”

“Will definitely be back. The pools were lovely and sun loungers plentiful. Rooms were comfortable and staff couldn’t be nicer. It’s about 10 minute walk to the waterfront. The only downside is the extra charges for the tv and AC. Also there’s not much nighttime entertainment. It’s in a basement bar and there’s no real proper bar”

“Went there to celebrate my birthday and had best time! Bar staff absolutely lovely but young blonde woman on reception was very rude. But other than that I totally recommend staying there! Location is good if you want to get the steps in for the day. Lovely views from the restaurant”

“La struttura è in un contesto molto piacevole, tuttavia si incorre in alcune mancanze dettate dalla scarsa volontà e dalle abitudini di procrastinazione di alcune persone di servizio. Per esempio, in camera abbiamo soggiornato in 3 e avevamo 2 asciugamani, fatto presente al primo giorno, diverse volte hanno continuato a mettere solo 2 asciugamani. Ma questa non è la sola area di miglioramento. A pranzo qualche volta mancavano i cucchiai e richiesto hanno portato un solo cucchiaio, come se questa……

“Awesome time at H10 Rubicon. Blown away by the hotel. Room took my breath away. Originally booked bed & breakfast but going to all-inclusive was easy and worth every penny. ”
