“Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Not the first time we have stayed in the resort but our first time at Los Zocos. The complex was so much bigger than we thought but not overwhelmingly big. Breakfast was very good with large choice of hot and cold food. We were suprised how spacious the room was with large bed,bathroom and small kitchenette. Great sized balcony which caught the late sun. Our only tiny negative there were no cloths, washing liquid, tea towels provided in the kitchen to wipe things and clean up. Overall a……

“Friendly comfortable”

“Our second stay at this property and despite it being just before a refurbishment this time, it was a lovely experience with plenty to do for the kids, easy to access other parts of the island and courteous staff that made it easy to holiday there as a single parent. The gym facilities are ok but not great - they did just fine with some creativity. Some confusion initially with dining as it wasn't clear that there was a team that worked out seating for you - their access point was a bit hidden……

“It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit……
