“Great hotel & location, rooms are everything you need & cleaned daily, meal times there is always something to suit with lots of choice & well made & presented, kids disco & entertainment show is very good, all staff are friendly & helpful & always have a smile, pool areas are great as are the parks & there's lots to keep kids happy, its very much a kids hotel so can be noisy, granddaughter loved it & found lots of friends, we loved it too & would be back without hesitation, its a great family……

“This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃”

“L’hôtel est idéalement placé ! Très agréable quand on fait partie du club volcan qui nous donne l’exclusivité pour la piscine chauffée au sel et son bar immergé et ses deux jacuzzi avec vue sur papagayo et l’océan .. le point négatif dans notre chambre ..: les lits sur roulettes .. étonnant !!”
