“Absolutely shocking apartment, no fans or air conditioning, no clean towels , even had to go out and buy toilet paper as it wasn’t replaced. Cleaners never made beds , I think all they did was to flick a mop around. Reception only open at odd hours , charged for safe , charged for Wi-Fi which was in and out all the time . Pool nice , but a real bad drain smell near sun beds . Apartment was really tired and grubby , the whole place is in dire need of a refurbishment, paint peeling every where……

“WOW!!!! Fantastic apartments. Spotlessly clean. We had a ground floor 2bed apartment at the pool. We had 3 apartments. All spotless. Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds (no sunbed wars!!). Sheets & towels changed and pool towels supplied as well. What can I say about the bar/restaurant - FABULOUS. Staff are amazing and make you feel very welcome. Happy Hour every day. Food was excellent and cocktails and drinks were fab. Prices cheaper than on the Strip. Barbeque was excellent. Food was……

“I wish to make a strong complaint. The Parque Tropical was overbooked when we arrived on Sunday 20th November. Even though hotels.com had guaranteed my booking and I had paid in full. We picked Parque Tropical for its proximity to the shops, restaurants and the beach as per the info on your website. We spent 4 nights in Acuariosol apts which were a mile further away from the centre of the strip. We had only 3 in Parque Tropical. We lost half a day's holiday on Thursday packing up, travelling and……

“Our flight was delayed and did not arrive until after midnight. The receptionist stayed back and was very helpful on arrival. Throughout the stay the property was well maintained, cleaned and room service could not be faltered. All staff were always welcoming and friendly. It is in a very quiet location but only 10 minute walk to the promenade. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.”
