Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Really decent little hotel , highly recommend.. paid £55 for a Friday night and it's in a perfect position. We own 2 apartments in Puerto del Carmen and could not get into ours until Saturday but would deffo stay again as a night out in arrecife is brilliant. Lovely clean kitchen for a cuppa in the morning , plus free storage lockers if you need to leave your bags there for a bit . Yes it's a small room but who cares .”

“Immaculate public areas and reception. Staff were excellent, our ocean view room was even better than the photos suggested. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and varied. Having a beach literally on your doorstep was a lovely bonus. Already preparing a return visit!”
