“The property is beautifully situated, comfortable and has everything one needs for a stay. The owners live on site and are very attentive and kind but not intrusive. It was well placed for exploring the Arenal area but be aware that the road from Nuevo Arenal is extremely pot holded and the 8 km takes 35 minutes to drive.”

“Great stay at this wonderful accommodation property in La Fortuna. Days when it was raining or when clouds were over the Arenal Volcano, it was great to just sit on the back terrace and just observe all of the wildlife that come by. There is also a restaurant nearby (cost on the higher end, but worth it) for when you don't feel like driving into town. All three bedrooms were comfortable enough and did the trick for a few nights' stay!”

“We loved everything about our stay here. Check in was easy. The house was clean on arrival. Was stocked with everything we may need. Everything worked well including washer and dryer. The best part was the back patio and the view (when the clouds break) along with the sounds of nature. Loved the location. Definitely need a car if staying here but a short 5-10 minute drive and you are in the heart of La Fortuna. I would definitely stay here again!”

“This place is a dream! The view of the volcano, the beautiful trees surrounding the house make you feel like you’re in the jungle. It rained everyday we were there and it didn’t matter because it felt cozy and quiet. The house had plenty of space for 2 couples and 2 kids, and probably would’ve fit 2 more kids. The neighborhood is really safe as it is a gated community with an armed guard at the gate. We never felt unsafe. The house was spotless when we got there and everything worked. No issues……

“This house is beautiful, located outside of town so it’s quiet but next door to a wonderful BBQ restaurant. The property is a bit further away from town than I personally would like to walk but it’s not too far. We ran out of LP and a quick message to Patrick about 07:00, replaced by noon no fuss no muss. I would definitely stay here again. Great pool, great view of the volcano!”

“The house was located so close to town so it was easy to get to dining and shopping. Some excursions were a little drive but would have been for the local resorts also. I wish we had taken an opportunity to eat at the host house, sounded like everything was delicious there, but we didn’t have the time. We loved walking the property every night to hunt for frogs!”
