“This place was wonderful! The communication was excellent and anytime we had questions, they were answered immediately. Very friendly too! They made check in and check out very smooth and easy. Everything we needed was there! Lots of towels, extra sheets, even shampoo and conditioner with lots of soap! We felt very safe and the parking was easily accessible. “Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. It all worked out but i was very leary if they were scamming me. Home was lovely. Could use a few more items in the kitchen like a toaster. Laundry onsite was very……

“The property was beautiful and rooms were clean. Upstairs stove was not working. AC good. No loud neighbors, just coqui frogs at night. Communication was very difficult. The manager prefers to use Whats App for communication and her english is patchy. They were slow to respond to concerns and when we were out of TP and papertowels we got no response on Whats app. Confusing to keep track of Whats app, texting and emails. Wish the colored lights on the outside of the building turned off at night.……

“The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us……

“Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!”
