“My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. The property is an easy drive to and from the the New Paltz Main St and Farmer's Market, so we conveniently headed into town for shopping and meals. “What a beautiful space. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there but we were so lucky to have everything we needed. We even got to enjoy the hot tub during the rain because it is protected by an overhand. Bill was so kind and responsive. I loved the different coffee and tea options!”

“The process was easy. Owner was responsive. The place was clean and well stocked. Charming decor and relaxing outdoor spaces. Perfect for a weekend retreat. We enjoyed time on the deck which we like to say had “treehouse vibes” and in the spa. Loved walking up the road with the dog to see the views of the reservoir. ”

“The property was truly lovely and very completely outfitted. I was traveling with my mother and two nephews and unfortuntely we arrived during the dreadful heatwave that hit the northeast. The property was exactly as pictured and we had almost enough fans to cool the place down. The ceiling fans certainly helped but an ac unit on the first floor would have helped. No one could have known the heat would be this severe but a second ac unit would have helped. The het broke on day 3 of our four……

“My family and dog enjoyed our stay, the house was clean had a nice outdoor deck and a great firepit for evenings. Some of us were climbing in the Gunks and some of us were just hanging in town and this house was the perfect location for both. The host was easy to work with, we will definitely be back.”

Pool was the perfect temperature. The sun porch was a wonderful place to sit together in the mornings and drink coffee. Our host was accommodating, helpful and responsive. A fantastic stay! ”

“The overall stay was very pleasant. The property was easy to find and the check process went smoothly. The cabin was very clean upon arrival and everything was as the host described it. “My group of 6 absolutely loved our stay here. The house itself is beautiful, the location terrific and the host is very responsive. We took advantage of the heated pool and spent a lot of time on the covered porch. I would definitely recommend it to anyone…we didn’t want to leave! ”
