“The property was truly lovely and very completely outfitted. I was traveling with my mother and two nephews and unfortuntely we arrived during the dreadful heatwave that hit the northeast. The property was exactly as pictured and we had almost enough fans to cool the place down. The ceiling fans certainly helped but an ac unit on the first floor would have helped. No one could have known the heat would be this severe but a second ac unit would have helped. The het broke on day 3 of our four……

Pool was the perfect temperature. The sun porch was a wonderful place to sit together in the mornings and drink coffee. Our host was accommodating, helpful and responsive. A fantastic stay! ”

Ray answered all of questions very quickly and made sure everything was ok and we had what we needed. 3 beautiful bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room. “We had an excellent stay at this home. We had 12 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone - enough bedrooms and seats at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and volleyball court. The view of the mountain was spectacular. The only downsides were some bugs, difficulty closing/opening the deck doors, and no direct creek access from the yard. Otherwise, no complaints!”
