“My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. The property is an easy drive to and from the the New Paltz Main St and Farmer's Market, so we conveniently headed into town for shopping and meals. “The property was 1000 times nicer than the photos”

“The chicken coop was just what we all needed while on our fishing trip. The inside has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable, the WiFi was great to keep the teens connected. The outside area is very relaxing and the covered porch was great as we had a lot of rain during our visit. The host were very responsive and all the extras they do for you is amazing. We look forward to our next stay there. ”

Easy access to downtown, Opus 40, short drive to North Lake and all our other favorite haunts. The house was clean, and well appointed! ”

“This is our second time around, and we loved it just as much. The place feels isolated and welcoming, cosy yet large enough to breathe and relax. Accord is also lovely, with plenty of restaurants and little antiques stores to keep us busy. This time around it rained most of the time, so no hiking for us, but the hot tub made up for that ;) ”

“We were very lucky to find this cottage so near to all we wanted to do for our week in April. We had some work to get done in the area, and our daughter attended a spring break day camp in the area for each day of the week. When we wanted to go out to eat, the area restaurants were excellent; but I was also able to cook (and grill) each night that we wanted to save money and stay in. The cottage is small, but served the four of us perfectly. The owner is very communicative and supportive of our……
