“We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. As others may have mentioned, there is some noise from the nearby train track and bars, but that didn’t bother us much. We really appreciated the noise cancelling machine that was provided. One suggestion for improvement would be to make it explicit to guests that the backyard (incl. grill & hot tub) are shared between the upstairs and downstairs units. “My spouse and I enjoyed our stay at the Campfire Cottage with our dog. The cottage was well designed and utilized its small space to the fullest. We also appreciated the gas fire pit outside. The location was great- there's an amazing dog friendly Italian restaurant within walking distance, a nice 9-hole golf course about 3 minute drive, and the Rondout Creek area of Kingston is about a 10 minute drive. If we find ourselves back in Kingston, we would definitely want to stay at the campfire……

“It was just wonderful! The pond-pool was pretty spectacular; both the children and adults enjoyed frolicking and swimming. The house is lovely although be advised the inside stairs are very steep and somewhat difficult to navigate for us older folk. A refrigerator ice maker would have been appreciated also! But all in all, it was a delightful visit and very memorable. Robyn was wonderful also, very responsive with a few questions.”
