“This was the perfect place for our family of 6. Kids ranging from 5-11. It was a quiet little getaway with water activities that kept everyone entertained and contained since it was off the main water way. The hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing were nice and relaxing activities after a long day of exploring the State Parks in the area. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Grocery store was 7-8 minutes away. Heating and AC worked well. Our kids……

I understand this is Texas (I’m a Texas property owner as well) but seemed a little extreme when his grandkids were running all……

“We stayed as a large group for a college reunion and 30th birthday trip. The space was perfect for our needs and so relaxing! The hosts had clear explanations of how to use anything in the house. Plenty of parking in the driveway, private space. Great amenities, good kitchen equipment, and washer/dryer. A large group will need to be okay sharing space--it was comfortable for our group of 10 adults, but more would've been cramped. The farmer's market next door was wonderful, and it was……

“We had a beautiful Easter weekend at this home with family and I would highly recommend it. The lake levels were low and that is not anything anybody can control.”

“The availability of kayaks and paddleboards for our group to use was a nice perk of this property. The weather was perfect for us, so most of our time was spent outside. In the heat of summer, I would imagine the shade over the pool would be great. Since we were enjoying the end part of spring with a cooler day, the temp of the pool was a little cold to enjoy, but we did enjoy the hot tub. All in all, easy to get to, proximity to HEB and other stores was good when needed, and a quiet, relaxing……

“The house was spacious with plenty of sleeping accommodations. Unfortunately no ice maker or coffee provided. Every VRBO I’ve stayed in had k-cups. The sofa in the TV room was worn and stained, and the screened in patio was in need of power washing and cushion replacements for the sofa. The dock area is also in need of repair to make it an enjoyable spot. The neighborhood is quiet and the water view was nice,just needed some maintenance to make it more ideal for our party.
