“My husband and my ESA dogs stayed at this beautiful home while in town for his uncle’s celebration of life.The home was clean, orderly and well stocked with the basics & very little need to purchase much, but food. We enjoyed the looking many deer than would visit every day!We will definitely be reserving here again and would recommend this to anyone looking to kick their feet up and enjoy a nice relaxing weekend! If ever the host wanted to have a long term lease….we would definitely choose this……

“We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed this house for our large family. The location was perfect, and the views were absolutely stunning. The private pool was a big hit—very clean, and we appreciated the fun swim toys that were provided. The large dining table was also a huge plus for shared meals and games.A few things to note: the outdoor patio/pool lights didn’t work, which made evenings outside pretty dark. The house could definitely use some updates and a fresh coat of paint, but……

“My family and I had one of the most perfect weekends at this riverview home. It was such a relaxing and fun filled weekend. We were able to check in early, which was a nice surprise. We decided to take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen and BBQ that night. We went for a short (8-10 min) drive to town to grab some ice cream and last minute easter treats. “The house was beautiful, spacious, and stocked with everything you could need! The location was quiet but didn't feel restrictive. We enjoyed the games, hot tub, and entire house while we were there. We had 11 people but could have easily fit a few more with how big the house is.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located townhome in Horseshoe Bay. It is nicely situated on a quiet little cove (even on a holiday weekend), with a great view. When we were at the place, we spent most of our time on the comfortable covered patio enjoying the lake breeze and staying shaded from the sun. “The property is perfect with the refreshing pool, deck for sipping coffee, friendly horses nearby, and the surrounding natural views of Texas Hill country. The place is quiet and peaceful and yet only 7 minutes to Johnson City. The owner, Tami, is very friendly and has stocked the house better than most VRBOs with plenty of coffee, paper products, kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies, towels, pool toys, etc. We essentially didn’t need a thing and loved our week long trip. ”

“The land and outdoor area was great but needed to be mowed. Pool was cloudy. None of the indoor tvs would work. Upstairs a/c seemed to be struggling and from the looks of the access that was on a high living room wall being super dusty, I would imagine the filter hadn’t been changed in quite some time.Overall it worked for what we needed it to but seemed overpriced for what we got”
