“I was a bit surprised at check in when I had to fill out a form asking questions about my reservation. Apparently we had rented what I thought was a VRBO, but instead it was a time share posted under the VRBO website. Thankfully it all worked out well, but in the future I will be more careful - as should the VRBO site.”

“This was an excellent property for a short break. Marketed as a 2 bed property, this was actually a house that included a self contained flat. A very easy check in process, very well equipped, lots of space and a hot tub on site. We had a very good stay.”

“The townhome was perfect! Everything was very clean and spacious for our group of 10 people. All of the staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved all three pools and the best part for me was the location! Right in the middle of everything we wanted wanted to do in Sedona. The Grand Canyon was less than 2 hours away. We love it so much, we went twice during our stay! I definitely recommend this place!”

“The pros - The unit was very clean and has awesome water pressure. Our unit had a beautiful view of the creek. The location its self is quiet and away from the hub bub of Sedona but close enough to get where you want to go. Staff is very responsive to questions. The cons - It take several minutes for the water to get hot so it feels like you are wasting so much water to dishes or shower.
