“The pros - The unit was very clean and has awesome water pressure. Our unit had a beautiful view of the creek. The location its self is quiet and away from the hub bub of Sedona but close enough to get where you want to go. Staff is very responsive to questions.
The cons - It take several minutes for the water to get hot so it feels like you are wasting so much water to dishes or shower. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything going on in your neighbor's room. The heating unit is……

“My daughter and I were super happy with our stay! It is small (all we needed) but HUGE on character! It is super safe and private even tho it is connected to the main house. You have your own entrance with a secure gate that you can lock if you feel the need, we did not. The area is a quite little neighborhood not far from the main road. “Was everything we expected, walking distance to all the shops we wanted to visit and a short drive to all the attractions we wanted to see. Only thing that would of made it better would be to have a patio heater on the back patio. This patio gave us a great clear views of the stars as we sat in the comfortable chairs but because it was much colder at night we couldn't stay out long. ”
