“Chris's cabin is wonderful. It was dry and comfortable during a thunderstorm our first night. Our dog loved the backyard stream and was out there every chance he got. We were able to explore new spots in Potter County from this isolated but also convenient location. Chris had everything we could think of and then some. Good internet. The most quiet and peaceful spot we have ever had. We could drive to the end of the lane and see the Dark Sky stars without the drive to or crowds at Cherry……

“This house was perfect for our retreat, a group of six. We each had our own room, the house and neighborhood was quiet. We had a great time reading and socializing. The road was a little tricky because of ice, but ultimately not an issue. Thanks for a wonderful stay! ”

“We came for stargazing at a pet-friendly cabin and, despite being "clouded out" the first night we still had a fantastic time. The cabin was clean and check-in was easy. We were able to get some stargazing in on our second night, despite some clouds, and you could tell on a clear night this would be the place to be! Loved the various areas to enjoy, including an enclosed front porch where we watched the rain come in. The large field made for a great area to stargaze and we decided to stay there……

“This house is in a terrific location and is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Roomy and spacious. On top of the regular price, we paid a pet fee, an optional linen fee and a "service fee." We also had directions to leave the place how we found it, even to drive the garbage to a nearby dumpster off the property. I am okay with this policy, but not if they are also going to charge a "service fee." That is my only complaint. And the lock was hard to open, but they did warn us about that.……
