“We had an amazing time staying at this vacation home. The house was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. “Property was not cleaned. Dirty linens were piled on beds and kitchen counter. Dirty towels were left in bathroom. The Vacasa placard indicated the last maid service was May 9 - over a month prior to our arrival. We contacted Vacasa, who indicated the local team would be contacting us and arriving to clean the space. “Brought our 3 grandkids on our yearly vacation to Chelan Falls. First time to ever do a VRBO. The pool was the highlight of the trip. It was nice no having to leave and go to a lake or somewhere else to play in the water. We did do to the Waterslide park but left early because swimming in a pool by ourselves was so much more fun.
