“We liked the location of the property. There were a few issues we talked to the owner about that needed correcting or improving. We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay here again if issues are corrected. ”

“My excitement about being waterfront for our Eufaula fishing weekend came to a screeching halt when we arrived at the home and began realizing the issues with its current condition. The floor has soft spots everywhere and the refrigerator looks like it is getting ready to fall through the floor. One of the bed frame posts already has fallen through. There is an overwhelming sewer odor that is trying to be covered with air freshener. Looks like they also have a rodent problem. The road noise from……

“The property was perfect for our quick getaway. Everything you needed was supplied. The beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed sitting on the rocks around the outside fire cooking smores and enjoying conversations. We will definitely be returning to enjoy the house in the future. Hopefully to stay a little longer. My only recommendation would be to turn the hot water heater level up because the water was not very hot. ”
