“When I booked only 3 reviews were available two were 10’s the other a 2. I wondered if the 2 was a curmudgeon and if the 10’s were friends. Not a lot of other choices so I took the chance. This will now become my go to when traveling to Schenectady. It’s a studio (not a one bedroom) that is well laid out, clean and nicely decorated. The check in details were not provided until the day of (Expedia says they will provided 3 days prior). It worked out fine, but I prefer earlier than the day of……

Some nice snacks and water were provided, and anything we didn't have but needed was only a text away -- Peter always responded promptly. “My boyfriend and I came to Albany for a concert and chose this rental as it offered great parking and was within walking distance to the venue. Linda offered an amazing stay with a very clean environment. The only downside that we experienced was the bed is quite squeaky, getting up to use the restroom in the middle of the night was quite loud. But overall would recommend this property! “It was a wonderful stay. House was in a great location, right on the lake. David met us at the house and did a walk through with us, showing us all the amenities and made us feel very welcome. We fished, hung out on the large blow up raft on the lake and around the fire pit at night, used the kayaks and pedal boat, hot tub and oh there’s a karaoke speaker. We all had a blast. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and beds are comfirtable. We all agreed we would definitely come……
