“The place was not clean. Dirt and debris all over the floors. The bathrooms were clean but the downstairs one had no shower curtain and the upstairs one had mildew. We spent the first 45 minutes cleaning but we couldn't get the carpets clean because the vacuum cleaner barely worked. The Wi-Fi didn't work even after we rebooted the modem. When we told the host the network didn't show they replied "that's the only one there is best regards". Overall host communication and support was poor. ……

“We had a great time at The Liberties. A walkable location, restaurants nearby. The place was clean, and used space well. There is flyers and pamphlets of all things Dublin which was fun to look through and see if we missed any places. ”

“Nice flat within a short walking distance to the grocer, a local pub, the Tap House (which has the friendliest staff), a yummy Asian restaurant, Mak 5 and the Luas, which was very easy to use and understand . The house is fairly well equipped (as we stayed 2 weeks we did have to add to the essentials such as TP and paper towels). A perfect spot to live as the locals do.”

“Oonagh was fabulous with communicating before, during and after our stay. Her home was as described and very clean. She and her family were very generous with their hospitality. Our Shi-Tzu, Teddy, was made very welcome and we also enjoyed the company of Salem and Poppy. The location is perfect for exploring both Dublin and the beautiful Wicklow hills. We look forward to having another opportunity to spend time in Oonagh's lovely home.”

“I LIKED THE LOCATION VERY MUCH. IT WAS SAFE, WALKABLE, NEAR A LOT OF NICE RESTAURANTS AND QUIET. I WISH THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING INTO THE BUILDING HAD BEEN A LITTL BIT CLEARER. THE ROOM I WAS IN WAS NICE. IT SHOULD HAVE HAD A CHAIR IN A CORNER SOMEWHERE THOUGH. THE ONLY THING TO SIT ON WAS THE BED WHICH WAS SO HIGH THAT MY FEET WERE NEARLY 14 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR. THIS MADE GETTING DRESSED DIFFICULT. ”

“Wonderful location in central Dublin - looking out over the Liffey. Beds were comfortable, and lots of room to gather. Amenities are good, with plenty of towels. Would recommend cleaning the throw rugs, which have lots of obvious stains - unbecoming of such a great place to stay. Would recommend.”
