“Nice hotel right in the city center with nice and helpful staff. They did not have any breakfast at the moment because they renovated the hotel. He at the reception only spoke frensh but he called his wife that spokes good english so it was no problem”

“酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受”

“This is a very convenient budget-priced location in Reims - the reception welcome was good and thorough in providing information for the stay. Good size bed, comfortable in a well-lit room with a desk for working etc. Clothing space small but adequate with enough space to hang clothes. Bathroom and shower also adequate and clean. Enjoyable stay. ”

“Nice location, easy to find with car and google. Good kitchen but the kitchen utensils were located at a strange place. No dryer in room and no hot water for my husband after I am done with my shower. No one at reception to help with this after 10pm. Not good for visitors who have a nightlife.”
