“It was a very nice clean room with a balcony that overlooked the river. A nice little touch was the tv said welcome and my name. We didn't arrive until 10 pm which the pool was closed. So we didn't try it out. Good breakfast. Would like to see biscuits and gravy. Very nice stay”

“Property was as expected from listing. Only one small issue and that was getting into the building for the first time, once in the building it was easy to access during the stay with the key fobs provided for access and parking. Very nice building located within walking distance of everything downtown Des Moines had to offer.”
