“Good customer service”

“The stay at the hotel was great. The hotel staff was very helpful, e.g.in organising a taxi, etc., and friendly. The restaurant was excellent a complimentary breakfast was also served. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Great place to stay and I truly had a great day. Well manner staff I was looked after as I thought it was not safe. I was wrong it was safe and clean. But I think the generator is at night only. Also, ask them to fix the tap in bathroom. I was out during the day so hey fine by me. Thank you to all the staff too. I’m grateful ”

“It was two terrible days for me and my family, what I saw in the Internet is not what I meet over, it Looks like the place has been aboundoned for some time, it was dirty,the bathroom and Toilet was unclean, in the night my daughter couldn‘t sleep because of the music noises from the bar. The Manager is not always there, but the two girls at the recieption tried there best to help us. I think the management needs to do more.”

“The room is very dusty and small cockroaches running around in their Standard Rooms. I had to pay more money to change to the so called VIP Suit with no running water on my first, after waiting for several hours. There are too many activities on the property with loud noises all day and night.”

“They refused to check me in. the receptionist who was so sleepy said he coud not find my name. in short, i ended up goinng to another hotel to check in. forh ross ws terrible and did not refund my money back”

“Expedia first of all you are yet to refund my money money for hotel despite the hotel confirming to you that i didnt lodge there. As for the receptionist their reception was appauling to say the least. On arrival all they told me despite showing evidence of payment was that they are fully booked and they dont know Expedia.”

“As much as that hotel is fantastic ,the wokers are the best ,the environment is super clean , It is good for the online agent to check with them before collecting money as that is the big problem i have so who ever want the hotel should check with the hotel b4 book.”
