“It was my boyfriend and I’s first time visiting Newport and I’m so glad I found this listing! Easton Beach is right around the block and Second Beach is about a 5 minute drive. Both super convenient to get to and Bowen’s wharf is also only a 10 minute drive. Felt like we were in a great location and the apartment was just like it was shown in the photos, super clean and organized! Deb was also lovely and easy to communicate with if we ever needed anything. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future”

“What they did with this space is amazing. Snazzy fixtures, well thought out touches of color and modern amenities made the small area very liveable. The location is great for exploring Rhode Island, especially the beautifully scenic eastern shores of the bay, but it's also minutes from Downcity Providence...yes, it's Downcity, not Downtown. "The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
