“This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to enjoy in Newport. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again the whole stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to relax and they even serve homemade baked goods for breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at Admiral Syms house and will definitely be back.”

“Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place! ”

“Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. "The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
