“We were a bit underwhelmed by the property. It was a bit more run down then we expected. Not sure what the issue was but there was police presence when we got there, which was concerning. And not that it was the property’s fault but some of the guests were a bit noisy late at night. It was fine for one night and served it’s purpose, we were only there to sleep.”

“This property was extremely disappointing. I know they are working on updating free property but the rugs were stained. The towels were STAINED. I expect nice clean non stained towels. I asked for a no smoking room a d I believe it was an old smoking room by the door where people smoke.”

“The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, the place smelled of marijuana. The decor was old and outdated. Very dissatisfied.”

“We were in town for our daughter’s hockey game at St George’s. 4 Kent fit the bill in every way: location, size of property, cleanliness. It’s a very cute house and very comfortable for our family. ”

“We only stayed one night to participate in a road race in Newport. Quick and convenient drive into town. Accommodations were immaculate and comfortable. ”

“Location of the property was excellent as was the communication with the property owners. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and the set up of the home. It was comfortable to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. We did feel that perhaps we may have been the first visitors of the season and the home could have used additional attention. The floors and coffee maker could use a deeper clean, and the kitchen counters had some residue that could be wiped down. A quick refresh in these……

“We came to Newport in remberance of GG. We enjoyed our stay and the house was close to everything we wanted to do while in Newport. Very quiet area. ”

“In town for daughter's graduation. Was only there for sleeping but was comfortable. Near stores for breakfast food. Decent overall experience (we had to take shoes off which didn't bother me but my 75 year old mom wasn't happy)”

“Property is beautiful and a very nice place to stay. Listing said sleeps 4 but upon check in it had been changed to two! Fortunately our adult children were not able to attend but it was stressful to have that last minute change and not sure why that would happen. Arrival at night was not very well organized as we were not given the unit number. FYI there is a property address then each unit has a number. We had to try our security code on a few doors before we found ours. Would stay again but……

“We spent a lovely couple days at this location. House was clean and overall mostly updated. Amazing spot for sharing with multiple families as there were lots of bed options/rooms, all the beds were reported as comfortable. Nice quiet large yard. Small items for improvement include more kitchen towels, more ice trays to substitute for the ice maker … bigger items - bathrooms are due for updating. Very functional- but definitely out dated. If you can look past this (or it won’t bother you) then……
