Arranged for a late checkout because of something we needed to do, and when we got back, our code # for the door had expired. I called Travis, and his wife answered the phone, and they quickly got us back in in under a minute! Had a wonderful time, near Creation Museum, lots of stores and restaurants, greatly enjoyed the Cincinnati Museum of Art……
