“Booked here for 3 nights inbetween moving house. The cooker was filthy and hasnt been cleaned for sometime. My room was next to the rear exit and washing machines where on until after 11.30pm with people loading washing in. Wasnt ideal. After booking i was sent a email to pay a deposit which was not mentioned and 7 days after checking out still had no refund and no reply to emails. Definitely cannot recommend this place. Was cheap but with the deposit not being refunsed i could of stayed……

“We had a fabulous long weekend at The Vestry celebrating my dad's 80th. The house was an excellent size to accommodate all the family (10 of us), with the living area being a great size for our celebrations, and relaxing. The hot tub was a welcome addition and was well used throughout. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs whilst there. There are a lot of stairs to get to all of the various bedrooms, not a problem for most, but my parents had to use the first floor bedroom.……

“the owner was helpful and friendly and we where invited to help feed them which was lovely also we had a spacious bedroom /living room and comfortable beds and kitchen area where well equipped .”

“Well what an absolute find needed to get our dachshund away as constantly was upset by the coming and going of the window fitters in our house so took her away from the stress and ourselves and what more could we ask for absolutely stress free surroundings hot tub was an absolute bonus will visit again ”
