“Front desk staff average. Room okay. Area noisy and dirty. No pool. ”

“We stayed in one of the villas. The parking was pretty tight. Being built on the side of the mountain can be tough! Had an issue with the water quality but management was very responsive to any issues. Had a kitchen but the cooking equipment was very limited was the only real issue. No corkscrew! The view from the restaurant is wonderful. ”

“Very charming, intimate unique place. Pretty quiet for Mexico. Each room is completely different. Gardenia room had fewest stairs to navigate. Bed was pretty firm and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and everyone in the hotel was chatting and sharing info. The drawbacks were the water pressure is extremely weak and the privacy curtains were not sufficient to prevent the courtyard spotlight from beaming into the room at night making it difficult to avoid. We put blankets and towels all……

“The suite I booked was supposed to be a Comfort Room with King bed and an included Microwave. We had neither. Future visitors should be aware that the plumbing is old and there are limits on what can be flushed down the toilet. Staff are great and our breakfast experience was good. One other item of note is the garden has a Saturday Artisan market, with set up starting early. If you plan to enjoy the grounds and pool, Sat is a bust. ”
