“The door entrance you sent via a picture was not the main door. I then walked around and found the lockbox. I had requested if some lights could be on because I had a late arrival at 10pm and they were not. The dock to the patio to get in is a bit far from the dock. You should have a handrail built there especially since you don’t allow the boat to leave. Using a hose that hangs from the ceiling to balance myself carrying my luggage to the patio is very unsafe. “The stay was overall very good. The suite was clean, same with the building was overall very clean. No complaints other than the fire alarm going off around 5 AM, which startled us from our sleep, as we were preparing to leave the room, we heard another guest tell everyone this was the second time in a row that it had happened during her stay. & That it wasn't a fire. It seemed to be a faulty line causing the alarm to go off. Besides that, we definitely would stay here again when we visit……

“Easy check in. Everything is done remotely and you are sent a code to access the property. The apartment was spacious and appointed well, especially the kitchen which meant we ate in every night of our stay. There is a swimming pool and gym located a short walk away which is shared with the other apartment blocks nearby. The hallways smell funky. Fortunately this did not permeate the apartment but meant holding our breath as we walked to our car. ”
