“This cottage was perfect for our stay in Erie. Good location, convenient to get to Presque Isle, and places to eat. Nice area and quiet. We spent most of our time out and about during the day, and this was ideal for being able to cook our breakfasts and dinners , etc. It was everything that we needed including washer and dryer, comfortable bed, well stocked with spices, coffee filters, and bathroom products. We would stay here again if we found ourselves in the Erie area!”

“This house is charming and spectacularly clean. The water pressure was great. Of course, I love the red refrigerator! There is a large selection of good coffee available that we enjoyed. Rt.79 is easy to exit from and enter, and it's easy to get to anywhere in Erie that you want to from this location. The mall with lots of shops and restaurants is one exit away on 79 if you like/need to do that. We enjoyed our stay and will book here should we visit Erie again.”

“The cottage had good space for sleeping. There was a plumbing issue and the owner was contacted on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. He immediately came to see what the issue was and worked on correcting the problem.”

“We got there in the middle of snowing. The house was frigid. The driveway and walk were not shoveled. It would have been hard to do that since you didn't know when we were coming, but you could have had the heat turned up. Also having directions on how to turn the heat up would have helped. ”

“The property was pretty and the house was clean and well stocked. However the lower level was extremely stuffy and smelled strongly of mold. We were originally supposed to be a group of 6 and are lucky we only 4. No one would be comfortable down there. We all had to sleep on the main floor. ”

“This house was a lovely place to spend our getaway to Erie! The house was exactly as pictured and completely spotless. We appreciated the easy check-in and the well-stocked kitchen and laundry room. Check out was also a breeze - not a long list of chores, just a couple of simple and reasonable items. The neighborhood was great and quiet, but close to local restaurants, grocery stores, and the nearby Presque Isle State Park (definitely worth a visit!). Best of all was the gorgeous pool and back……

“This property is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved mornings and evenings on the deck watching horses and cows on the hillside while listening to birds. Short drive into Erie, where we absolutely loved Presque Isle state park. Also loved Riverside Brewing which is 10 minutes away. The owners were very welcoming with a sweet note and vase of fresh-cut lilacs from their bush. Would definitely come back”
