“Absolutely loved St. Monans and the house, it was the cutest, very clean and comfortable, an amazing location close to the water. We would definitely stay here again. Locals were very friendly and welcoming. Walked to the next town over, met great people, ate at local pubs and cafes and highly recommend Giddy Gannet for the Wee Porker and Latte. Stay in the small town over the big city you won’t regret it. We were there for 2 weeks and would have stayed longer just because the house was perfect.……

“We lived out weekend stay at this cottage. We enjoyed the front porch and back deck, inside the cottage was roomy and cozy. We are hoping to come back for another weekend! Great location. ”

“The place was nice. Beds weren't that comfortable. I hate the streaming service. Couldn't find anything to watch that didn't need a code or payment. Couldn't get any major networks. Best thing was location near the state park. Was disappointed that "private beach access" meant a 5 minute drive to a mediocre beach. The beaches at the park were really nice. ”

“Home was beautifully updated. Best shower experience I have had in a long time. Evening and morning views were exceptional. Wonderful back patio to sit and watch the sunset. Highly recommend. A little piece of peace tucked away in a non obvious way. Highly recommend!! I will be back!!”

“This property is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved mornings and evenings on the deck watching horses and cows on the hillside while listening to birds. Short drive into Erie, where we absolutely loved Presque Isle state park. Also loved Riverside Brewing which is 10 minutes away. The owners were very welcoming with a sweet note and vase of fresh-cut lilacs from their bush. Would definitely come back”

“The cottage was really nice for a great price. Everything was supplied so you could cook and have utensils and everything you need. The hostess, Courtney, even messaged me to see if we needed anything extra during our stay. If I ever go back up to Erie, then I would book it again. ”

“This house is charming and spectacularly clean. The water pressure was great. Of course, I love the red refrigerator! There is a large selection of good coffee available that we enjoyed. Rt.79 is easy to exit from and enter, and it's easy to get to anywhere in Erie that you want to from this location. The mall with lots of shops and restaurants is one exit away on 79 if you like/need to do that. We enjoyed our stay and will book here should we visit Erie again.”
