"The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor ..."

"One night before a flight. Very comfortable room, we upgraded allowing access to the lounge with free flowing drinks and snacks. That was worth it. All staff were very nice & helpful."
