“The steading was beautiful, amazingly well appointed, we wanted for nothing. All rooms were spacious with storage and lovely bathrooms. All the services of the hotel at our disposal and the warm friendly staff and great well priced food made our stay even better. We will definitely be returning!”

“We had a sisters weekend at the lodge. The lodge was very pretty and fantastic view. The cabin its self could do with a deep clean (we had to get the duster out to remove some cobwebs before we went to bed) and the glasses needed a wash, but thats not too bad. Maybe a heads up on the road surface to the cabin would be an idea as my car is quite low and I grounded out with a scrape a couple times. But relaxing in the hot tub looking at that view was fantastic after a day sightseeing. ”

“What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!”

“Absolutely loved stopping here, it is such a fantastic location and a beautiful property to match. Arlene made us very welcome on check-in and showed us around the property and how things worked, we also got fresh eggs from Arlene's hens , which was a lovely touch Whilst here we visited Glen Moray distillery in Elgin, other distilleries are available, in fact there are loads around here. We also went to the 3B's, Balletar, Balmoral and Braemar which was lovely although Balmoral was closed.on the……
