“We had a pleasant stay. The hot tub, fire pit, and bathrooms were great amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. However, the cottage did have a musty smell that was noticeable. The location is a bit remote, making it far from most towns, but it was very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we enjoyed our time here.”

“We watched sunsets and paddled kayaks when at the house. Daily we hiked trails at Garden of the Gods, Ferne Cliffe, and Giant City. House was roomy. We were fine with 1 bath because only 3 of us.Host was great.”

“Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay, but there are some pros and cons to this property. Pros: beds were super comfortable, the living room was cozy, kitchen was well stocked with amenities, two grills for outdoor cooking, fast internet, and a good dock to use. Cons: small bathroom, our pontoon trailer didn’t fit in the driveway, and not all outdoor amenities listed were included (ie: no fire pit). The property host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Overall, we had a great……

“The house was large enough for me and my 2 brothers and some of our kids to stay. The 3 bedrooms on the main level was nice to each have a room for the adult couples. The spiral staircase to the lower level was a little small so you should definitely unload all kitchen items (which is on the lower level around the stairs to the back, the lights and dining table out back were nice. We ate most of our meals outside since it was so nice. the lake was not really inviting and pretty mucked but the……
